Every computer purchased directly from ReUse Computers on our website includes a 1-year limited warranty at no additional cost.
Optional 2-year and 3-year warranty plans may also be available for purchase. These plans extend the total warranty coverage period for the specific computer they are purchased with.
This warranty protects against covered hardware defects and issues related to the original Windows installation provided by ReUse Computers. It does not cover physical damage, customer-installed software, data loss, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications made outside of ReUse Computers.
Important
Purchased warranty plans extend the total warranty term from the original purchase date. A purchased 3-year warranty provides a total of 3 years of coverage, not 3 years added after the included 1-year warranty.

Purchased warranty plans extend the total warranty term. For example, a purchased 3-year warranty provides coverage for a total of 3 years from the original purchase date, not 3 additional years after the included 1-year warranty.
Extended warranty coverage must be purchased either at the time of the original computer purchase or before the current warranty period expires. Once a warranty has expired, it may no longer be eligible for extension.
If a purchased warranty plan is based on the price range or category of the computer, the correct warranty option must be selected for the covered product. If the incorrect warranty plan is purchased, ReUse Computers may require the difference to be paid, adjust the warranty coverage, or cancel/refund the warranty plan.
Your warranty covers functional defects related to the computer as originally sold by ReUse Computers.
Covered failures may include the motherboard, processor, memory, storage drive, power supply, cooling system, display, ports, or other original internal hardware.
ReUse Computers covers approved replacement parts and labor for valid warranty repairs.
Covers issues related to the Windows installation originally provided by ReUse Computers, including activation or installation defects tied to the original setup.
Accessories included with the original order may be covered when the issue is related to the item as received.
For approved warranty claims, ReUse Computers may cover standard warranty-service shipping according to the instructions provided by customer support.
If the same model is no longer available, ReUse Computers may replace the computer with a system of equal or greater performance.
This warranty does not cover damage, software issues, or changes outside the original ReUse Computers configuration.
Drops, cracked screens, broken hinges, broken ports, liquid damage, impact damage, bent connectors, or damage caused by mishandling.
Returned products must be clean, securely packaged, and shipped in a sturdy box. Soft mailers, bubble mailers, paper mailers, or poorly packed boxes may void warranty coverage if the item is damaged in transit.
Programs, apps, games, drivers, malware, viruses, corrupted files, operating system changes, or software installed after purchase.
ReUse Computers is not responsible for data loss, file recovery, backups, cloud accounts, passwords, or personal information stored on the device.
Printers, monitors, docks, external drives, accessories, upgrades, or other devices not sold as part of the original ReUse Computers order.
Opening, modifying, upgrading, repairing, or altering the computer outside of ReUse Computers may void warranty coverage.
Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, extreme environments, electrical issues, or use outside normal computer operation.
Minor scratches, scuffs, marks, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality and are consistent with professionally refurbished equipment.
Network setup, printer setup, peripheral installation, custom software configuration, gaming optimization, or other support beyond the original hardware and Windows installation.
To request warranty service, contact ReUse Computers support with your order number and a description of the issue.
Reach out to ReUse Computers support before sending anything back. Include your order number, the product involved, and a clear description of the issue.
ReUse Computers may provide basic troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely.
If a return, repair, or replacement is needed, customer support will provide return instructions. Do not ship a product back without receiving those instructions.
Returned products must be clean, securely boxed, protected with adequate packing material, and returned with any accessories or parts requested by customer support.
Packaging reminder
Failure to return requested accessories, chargers, adapters, or parts may delay service or result in a replacement fee.
For approved warranty claims, ReUse Computers may repair the product, replace defective parts, replace the computer, or provide another appropriate resolution.
If the original model is no longer available, ReUse Computers may replace it with a computer of equal or greater performance. Replacement systems may not be the exact same brand, model, cosmetic condition, or component combination, but will meet or exceed the functional performance of the original covered system.
Warranty service does not restart the warranty period. Repairs or replacements remain covered through the original warranty expiration date based on the selected warranty term.
Important: Back Up Your Files
Please back up your files before sending any computer in for service. Warranty service may require repair, replacement, reinstallation, or testing that can result in data loss. ReUse Computers is not responsible for personal files, business files, software licenses, passwords, accounts, or other data stored on the device.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty coverage applies to computers purchased directly from ReUse Computers on our website. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, resale channels, or other sellers may be subject to different terms unless otherwise stated in writing.
Purchased 2-year and 3-year warranties apply only to the specific computer they were purchased for and cannot be transferred to another device, order, or customer.
Policy section
ReUse Computers wants customers to feel confident when purchasing refurbished computers from our website. If your order does not meet expectations, we offer a 30-day refund period and a 60-day replacement period for eligible products.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from ReUse Computers unless otherwise stated in writing.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same general condition it was received, with no new physical damage caused after delivery.

Replacement products may be the same model or a comparable system of equal or greater performance, depending on availability.
Replacement items may not be the exact same brand, model, cosmetic condition, or component combination, but will be selected to meet or exceed the functional performance of the original product.
All parts and accessories included with the original order must be returned.
If a return is missing items, including but not limited to chargers, adapters, cables, manuals, original packaging, warranty materials, or accessories, ReUse Computers may delay processing until the missing items are received.
If missing items are not returned, ReUse Computers may reject the return or deduct the replacement cost of the missing items from the refund, where applicable.
For approved returns, customers will not be charged for return shipping unless otherwise stated on the product listing, order confirmation, or written return instructions.
Approved replacements will be shipped at ReUse Computers' expense.
Customers are responsible for following the return shipping instructions provided by ReUse Computers. Products must be packaged securely in a sturdy shipping box with sufficient packing material to prevent movement or damage during transit.
Do not use
Soft mailers, bubble mailers, paper mailers, poorly packed boxes, or packaging without enough void fill or protective material.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused by improper return packaging. Products that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be rejected, partially refunded, or returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds are issued after ReUse Computers receives, inspects, and approves the returned product.
Once the return is accepted, ReUse Computers will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds are limited to the eligible purchase amount paid for the returned product, subject to any deductions for missing items, damage, or ineligible return conditions.
Purchased Warranty Refunds
If a computer is approved for refund within the eligible return period, any purchased 2-year or 3-year warranty plan attached to that computer will be refunded at its full purchased value. The included 1-year warranty has no separate refund value because it is provided at no additional cost with eligible website purchases. Purchased warranty plans cannot remain active after the covered computer has been returned for refund.

At ReUse Computers, we work to ship orders quickly, safely, and with clear communication throughout the process. Because our products are professionally refurbished computers and technology equipment, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, large business purchases, or when additional order verification is required.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently ship to international addresses unless approved in advance for a business or bulk purchase order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in the order, shipping destination, and available shipping method.
Any available free shipping offers will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Orders may ship through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another trusted shipping provider, depending on the order size, destination, and product type.
Larger orders, bulk purchases, or business deployments may require special shipping arrangements.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the shipment has been created.
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and carrier service selected.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other events outside of our control may affect delivery timing.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
ReUse Computers is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damaged package, product, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Damage sustained during shipment will be reviewed according to the carrier's claims process and our return or replacement policies.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom staff.
If the package is still missing, contact us so we can help review the shipment and provide next steps.
Business, school, nonprofit, and bulk purchase orders may require additional processing time, freight shipping, or custom delivery coordination.
